"This has been a 3 year journey, of crumbling, reluctantly letting go, and slowly rebuilding something more meaningful. My process is intuitive, there is no plan just being present in feeling and allowing themes to rise to the surface, adding and taking away layers and using what’s available in the moment. It reflects my own inner journey over the past few years but is also a reflection of the issues we face in our outer world and challenges of our current times. Working past the edge of the canvas was a way of exploring more than one point of view as a way of finding understanding and reflexive compromise.
