"My work explores delight, whimsy, and the magic found within the simplicities of life. I am interested in connection, humour, and the passage of time, and in the belief that meaning can be found in bright moments and the things that bring us joy, just as much as in the harder avenues of growth. For me, art is both escape and connection. We have enough trauma; art can be the crack that lets in humanity and joy. If something makes you smile, warms your heart, or sparks a moment of recognition, I believe it holds meaning."
